SHANNON M. KEANE

Shannon Keane is the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel of Directed Action, Inc. She has over 18 years of professional services experience including management consulting and law.

Shannon has managed the operations of Directed Action for the last 12 years. In addition to her management consulting experience, Shannon has also:

  • Litigated in federal court to enforce copyright infringement
  • Administered a legal team to support takeover and restructuring of commercial insurance company

Shannon received her Juris Doctorate degree from Marquette Law School and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Saint Mary’s College. She is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, Illinois, and California. She is the mother of 5 children and lives in Los Angeles, CA.

KEVIN A. KEANE

Kevin Keane is a Co-Founder & Principal of Directed Action, Inc. He brings over 15 years of experience in helping clients develop their business strategies. Mr. Keane advises companies on successfully transforming their organizations using a disciplined change management approach. Mr. Keane has served in management roles at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting prior to starting his own firm.

As an active member of the community, he regularly volunteers his time to local organizations and charities. A former teacher, Mr. Keane serves on the school board of a local private school and mentors undergraduate and graduate students in professional development. He is a strong believer in getting involved and truly embodies the spirit of giving Time, Talent and Treasure.

Mr. Keane is a Board Member of Nativity School, located in the Vermont-Slauson community of South Los Angeles. In addition to serving of the board of Nativity, Mr. Keane also has an active role as a Board Chairman for Holy Trinity School and The Association of Catholic Student Councils (TACSC).

Mr. Keane received his Master in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame.
